i have a dead tomtom go 500 greel light only , have tryed reseting it no joy have tryed a difrent sd card no joy , any idias thanks stu

Did you try Re-setting it with the 500 switched on? Did you try holding it in for about 10 secs?

If it's still not working, how long have you had it? Is it still in the guarantee period?

If it's only a week or two old, take it back to the Retailer.

If not, and it's still under guarantee, have a word with TomTom support for a possible replacement. 0845 1610009
