Hi All,
I'm looking to buy a portable Sat Nav and really like the look of the C710.
It seems to have everything I want - GPS, bluetooth, speed camera warnings and traffic master.
My one area of caution is the manufacturer. I know nothing about Mio and worry that the support and updates will not be as good as with some of the bigger more established manufacturers like Garmin, Navman, TomTom etc.
What's your opinion on the C710? Is this the best of it's type? Will Mio provide good support, updates and maps?
Thanks.

That sounds slightly ambiguous, did you mean to say that you would not worry as Mitac have been around a few years,
or,
despite Mitac being around for a few years, you would worry?

BTW It is an excellent device but if you are in the UK or France where TMC is not free (allegedly), you might be better off getting the C510E, which is considerably cheaper. |

The TMC *IS* free in the UK and works very well.
