Hi - my first post - hopefully someone can help.

I have a BMW Navigator II (aka Garmin 2610). I want the camera overlay. Reading around a bit I downloaded the GPRS file for older Garmin units, extracted the zip file and double clicked the msi file that SHOULD set up the overlay. However it keeps failing and telling me first that I'm looking in the wrong place for the file (so I browse and select the right file) and then that the file is an invalid format.

Having tried several times I'm stumped. Helpful suggestions, indications that I've got it totally wrong or pointers as to why I've missed the obvious etc etc would be gratefully received.

Thanks

Alan

Sorry, no experience of Garmin, but an .MSI doesn't sound correct for the database. Does it relate to the utility (POILoader?) for loading POI files?

The BMW Navigator II / Garmin 2610 is too old to use the POI loader, the GPSR file is supposed to work for the 2610.... but!

Further suggestions appreciated. Thanks.
