GoPal PNA350 & POI-Warner Registration -SUCCESS !!

Hello There,

I've finally, after 10 days of trying, managed to register and use the POI-Warner software.

Firstly, I uninstalled the POI-Warner software from the GoPal by doing a hard reset ( turn off the little switch on the back for 30 seconds) then I installed the updated software 'gopal 350 UK setup_arm_en.zip' I can't find this on the navigating.de website but they sent it to me as an e-mail attachment, I'm sure if anyone needs it I could do the same. You would have to check your security settings though; Outlook Express blocked it as an unsafe attachment.

I then went to "My Profile" on the navigating.de web site, you'll have to login using your e-mail address and Transaction Number.

At the bottom of the menu list is an option for re-registering the software.
I did this and BINGO! the POI-Warner program accepted the Registration Code.

Then, I logged onto the POIHandler.com site. In the left hand column I clicked on "Sync Service POI Warner"; after creating a username the list of avaiable POI's was transferred by ActiveSync to the GoPal.

It was then just a matter of selecting the ones I wanted. Make sure though
that the POI's you download begin with UK or you'll end up with a list of Burger Kings in Holland - would I have done a thing like that?

after many emails i got mine working too it only took 4 days
