Does the database cover the Republic of Ireland.
No point in me subscribing to it if it doesnt.

It covers the North & South, but I don't know how complete the coverage is. If you travel regularly or are based there, why not take a month's subscription and see how it is? If the coverage is not complete, it should be possible for you to get a Lifetime Subscription, if you are the first to report a fixed camera site.
