help with download

For information I have had both the new TOMTOM 510 and 910 and each time I have tried to connect my Nokia 8800 the software on my Nokia was currupted and the phone had to go back to Nokia.
I have now got the Garmin Nui and want to get the spead camera download i have paid the subsciption and got the information but I can not get it on to the Garmin can any body help it is in windows xp

Have you actually followed the help guide? Click on speed cameras in Members area on the left of this screen. Then scroll down until you get a list of sat navs (below the map). Then click on your one and up will pop instructions on how to download and instal
