Hi
Got my Garmin i3 the other day. Got my friend to send me his POI & Speedcamera database. Unzipped it into a folder.
Downloaded the POI Uploader software from the Garmin site. Folllowed the instructions until it got to browse the location of folder for POI. Did as instructed then pressed next and ....... nothing. Tried again and .......... nothing.
Go to Task Manager and shows me software not responding everytime. I am now getting very stressed. Can anyone help please

POI Uploader can tell that you're using a pirated copy of the database. It has to be matched to the serial number of your i3.

Graham, if you want to use the database from this site you have to PAY - i.e. become a subscriber. I suggest you do that and if you still have a problem with a LEGITIMATE version of the database I am sure that lots of people will try to help. However I hope that you realise you won't get help about using an illegal copy.
