POI Loader not responding

Hi i have a Garmin i3 and have successfully downloaded and installed to updates of the poi's, until i tried to update the new release in June. My loader stops responding time and time again. i have reinstalled three times and still no joy. Any suggestions? Also i notice that when you get a n alarm when near a camera nine times out of ten the speed indicated is wrong i.e. showing 19mph in a 30mph zone and 30mph in a 50mph zone. As anyone else had this problem?
