Garmin Nuvi 310 Alerts, Speed Cam POI's and screen data

I have just bought a Nuvi 310D and am well pleased with it after having a few NAVMAN's but I have a couple of technical queries.

1) I have uploaded some POI's from a link on the Garmin website and now I get alerts for every food establishment as a I come near them, how do I alter alerts?

2) I have subscribed and uploaded the Speed Cams off this site and they do not appear to work, i cannot find them in my POI lists, when i loaded them I got no error messages am i doing something wrong?

3) Finally, when there is a destination on the Nuvi the data on the screen changes from Speed to Arrival time, can i change this so it stays at speed?
