Hi Sas, you don't put it anywhere, you use "POi Manager", on the ViaMitchelin disc, to transfer it to your PDA. I take it ,it's a PDA, and what version is it? Anyway this is how I did it.
Before you download the database, I recomend you buy a bigger SD card, and make a copy of the ViaMitchelin SD card, then put the original, in a safe place as a backup, and download the database onto your copy.
1. You need to download all the softwear on the Viamitchelin and PDA discs.
2. Download the camera database from this web site, and copy or drag the "asc" file somewhere you can find it. (Viamitchelin use asc Files)
3. Next you need to make or find, a logo to go on the maps, I downloaded a logo from a web site
the yellow and black one with a speed camera on, and used my scanner softwear to "crop" it,
and keep the bit with the picture of the camera on, then reduce it in size to 16 x 16 pixels
then save it where you can find it, save it as a BMP (Bitmap image).
4. Next, go to Mapstore, on the Viamitchelin disc, open it, and go to Edit/Types of POI's.
On the window that pops up click on "Add" then "change icon", on the window that pops up,
look for the Icon you made, and click on it, and click ok. Fill in the name like "Speed camera",
and click ok. Look down the list of poi's and your icon and name should be there.
5. Close down mapstore if its open, and open POI manager, also on the Viamitchelin disc.
click on browes, find the asc file you saved, click on it, and click open, click the arrow,
then find the speed camera icon you made and click on it, and click the arrow.
6. Next, sync your PDA and the speed camers database should be transfered to the PDA.
7. To update the database, Start from Number 5, and when it says "this file already exists,
do you want to over write it" or words to that effect, say "yes". The database has been updated.
8. Finally, before you can use the database, dont forget to tick the box on ViaMitchelin,
to "show speed cameras", and If you want the audible warnings, tick the "POI warning box".
There are logo's in the download if you want to use them.
Version 4, you don't need to re-size the icons, it does it for you.
There is a beginers guide, and a ViaMitchelin camera help guide on the left hand side of the page.
If you want to know how to make a copy of the original SD card, post again.
If you are still stuck, post again, and we will help you out.
You may get a quicker answer in the Viamitchelin forum. _________________ Audi A3 Sline sat nav

Welome sas0
Look in "Speed Cameras, Camera Help" box left hand side of this page. ViaMichelin Nav is at the bottom. Click on that, fifth reply down has full instructions.
Try that, then ask again if still having problems
