Paid but not subscribed

I've just paid £2 for a month to get the speed camera database. I've just bought a Navman 520. They told me to come here for the database. So I've paid the subscription but get the message that I'm subscribed but need to pay for the database (or something to that effect). Can you help?

I've checked that and no go. I paid by Paypal. I've checked My Account and it says not subscribed.

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
Have you considered making a donation towards website running costs?.
Or you could disable your ad-blocker for this site. We think you’ll find our adverts are not overbearing!
