when i try to conect to home with my 910 it keeps asking me to switch my device on but it is any help |

unplug usb then re plug it in it will work then.
i find if i leave usb connected when i put tt on dock if i say no to connect to pc and then say later i want to connect to it i get your problem.
So i now only connect usb when i want to connect pc to tt |

Have you tried a reset with your unit, because this happened to me with my 910 & after a reset Home then found it. _________________ TomTom Go 910 (3) v.6.522 Map Western Europe v.650 with useless TMC receiver
Ex. owner TomTom 910 (2) Returned Faulty

no it still will not find it.
it asks me to switch on when it is ,have tried unpluging usb but still no joy |

It means click on the "Virtual" on switch showing on your PC. |

I should have mentioned you should aslo have your tomTom switched on as well before clicking the on screen power switch. |
