connecting my TT external antenna to my bluetooth receiver

I have a Cpit bluetooth receiver for my PDA running navigator 5 and an old Tomtom external antenna that I used for my Go300. I woud like to connect the antenna which I believe is an SMA connector to my receiver which has an mcx connection socket. Is there such a thing as a a patch lead which could connect the two?

You may not want to do this. Each connector eats 2dB of the signal.
