Accessing the Camera Database for Download

I am going through the signup process but when I access the Speed Camera page it keeps telling me that I am not logged in and I cannot get to the link to download the camera database. I've tried a few times.

To get the database you need not only to sign up to the forum but also subscribe (£2 per month or £19 per year). Have you done that as well?
