hi all just seen if any one could tell me where i could download speed camera alerts things for my navman.and also can i updata my POI, if so how can i do this.

Before you can download the cameras you have to subscribe - either £2 per month or £19 for the year.

Don't quite understand the question. Are you after POIs for different things like shops, banks etc? If so there are lots on this site - just click on "POIs" on the left and further down this page.
Or are you after a "free" version of the camera database?
