Hi sorry to be a thicko, but i downloaded the free version of the camera speed database, im just wondering how do i know what eversion i have. i have the tom tom one. How do i check ?
Also whats is the latest version of the speed camera database ? is it april 2006 |

Also whats is the latest version of the speed camera database ? is it april 2006 | From the download page "PocketGPSWorld.com Speed Camera Database Version 4.054 28 May 2006".
Presuming that you downloaded the database from here before the site became subscription based, rather than a dodgy version from elsewhere, then depending on the age of your version, you should have a ReadMe.txt or a VERSION n.nnn.txt file. _________________ Jock

hi thanks for the response. Yes i did download the free version of thsi website and not a hookey version, but i can not see the readme file in gb folder...
where else could it be |

where else could it be | It would be in the original zip file. What is the date of the ov2 files? That would either indicate the date the file was created or, at worst, the date you moved them to the One, unless you've made any manual edits on the One. _________________ Jock

Use Windows Explorer to search the hard drive on your PC for file with a zip file extension, set the date from / to option say 01/06/05 to 01/04/06 (Advanced search option/ Specify Dates then either accessed or created) if it finds your original download zip this will contain the txt file containing the version/ date - Mike |
