Hi there.

I just bought a TomTom GO and want to sell on my Garmin c310 but want to ensure first that it's back to factory default including all internal memory with POIs and favourites etc. Can anyone help with how to do this?

Sorry if it's a simple answer but I'm really not much good with technology!

Hard reset should do what you require Thumbs Up :

With the unit off, press and hold the bottom right hand corner of the screen, keep holding this and turn the unit on, hold it for 10 more seconds and the unit should say do you really want to wipe all user data.
