looking for gps spftware w/remote tracking

Hey!

Im looking at a gps setup for my axim x5 . Leaning towards tom Tom..

However, i am wondering if there is a prog that allows remote tracking. Say my job being able to track where i am in my run ( i work on an ambulance in Baltimore, Md USA).

Is there a prog with that feature?

If so, how do they rmote track? Via a cell connect?
