installing navigator 5.1 onto PNA100

Hi can any one help, i am trying to install medion navigator 5.1 onto a pna100 every time i try to install i get an error message "medion navigator was not installed successfully, please run set up again",
i have tried soft and hard re-sets prior to installation, it makes no difference, looking at other posts this software should work, does any one have any ideas
