having uswed new 910 today for first time on shortish journey i was unale to get it to charge from cla tried different cla to no avail tried both cla's when home on wife's tt300 and they both charge that so nothing wrong with cla's or cig ighter socket any one else had this problem? |

Not sure if i am understanding you right, but are you assuming that the dash cradles are powered?.
They are not. You would have to plug the cord into your cig lighter then into the relevant hole in the cradle mount.
I have mine hardwired so as, as soon as i connect it, charging is automatic. |

Yes, it might be a known problem with the X10 series. Make sure that attach the unit to the cradle correctly and if you are 100% sure that you are doing everything right take it back to the shop. |

cord plugged into windscren mount no green charging light
removed mount from windscreen and checked unit securely connected and still no light
unit charges from home docking station so would guess must be faulty dash mount \ cradle |
