Lost voice on garmin c320

I recently downloaded updates from web updater but
for some reason the voice has been lost ,i have tried the menu but there is not even a voice setting now,any help please Crying or Very sad

yes i tried the reset button to no avail

The only other thing I can suggest is that you do a complete reinstall from your setup CDs. Also you could try an E mail to Garmin Support http://www.garmin.com/contactUs/techSupport.jsp but you may have to wait a couple of days for a reply.

Reinstalled from the cd but it doesnt give the option of reinstalling voice still no voice after reinstall

Try Garmin, if no luck there then perhaps your unit is faulty. I would return it to where you bought it and ask for a replacement.
