CP6 Start-Up Time

Just recently it seems to take longer for CP6 to start (Mio 168) coincindentally started around the same time as the last safety camera files install.

Start up now takes around 30 secs before you can do anything - is this about normal? I'm sure it used to be much less than this, (but as I'm getting older everything seems to take longer!) I have no other programmes running or anything else resident in memory. What sort of startup times do others see? Confused

Just timed mine - 30 seconds to the 'Going To...' screen.

22 Secs to the Going to screen.. Sound off if makes any difference.

Strange - I've just installed the latest camera files and its back to 15 seconds from Start to "Going to" (with sound on.)

I use a 'custom' sound on mine which is slightly longer than the original Smile
