I assume your last change was within 180 days?
You need to contact TT Support for that.
But realize that that disables your GO700 for safetycam updates _________________ GO1005

you can, but not without changing you MyTomTom account. Since there is a limitation to how often you can change your device, you need to contact TomTom in this case
But the 910 comes with cams preinstalled. Are probably identical to what you will download? _________________ GO1005

Find them here.

I tried the two side by side, and the PGPS database had everything that Tom Tom had, and some that Tom Tom missed. So I have now deleted the Tom Tom cameras, and stick to the PGPS. It only takes a couple of minutes to download the PGPS compressed file, unzip it and then drag and drop the OV2 files onto my Go 700, so I'm sticking with the better information. | My personal experiance was a 100 mile drive with the Go-910 sat next to the trustworthy XDAIIs running TTN5,21 with the PocketGPSWorld database loaded, the Go-910 missed 10 to 12 fixed camera locations within a 100 mile drive, the pocketGPSWorld offering was spot on each and every time. I do not want to ignite an explosion discusion on this topic. But I know which product I trust, having tried both if the update is too difficult - ask yourself why?

Mark, before you try this can you ensure that the mount attachment to the windscreen is secure and locked i.e. fully clockwise rotated. Then try to snap the go device into place (use some force to lock it down into the mount), the device will not connect correctly if the locking ring is loose so its worth a try, the other thing to try is prodding the reset switch with a pin, READ THE BOOK to find the location as its near the connector, then try the above again - Mike |
