My current setup:
- TomTom Navigator 5
- ipaq 3870
- Globalsat BR355 (PS/2 Serial connection)

I have just got myself an Orange SPV M600 which I would like to migrate TomTom to. This runs Windows Mobile 5 and has a mini-usb connector.

Does anyone know if I can connect the BR355 to my M600? I know I could just go out and buy a bluetooth gps device, but I have already got 2 x BR355's (2 cars) and want to be sure I cannot reuse them before I spend more money. Back in 2004, a review was done of a bluetooth PS/2 car-charging cable but I cannot find it for sale anywhere now.

Thanks

Smartphones cannot use serial accessories. You need to buy a Bluetooth receiver, and you will also need to use TomTom Mobile (TomTom Navigator will not work on the M600)

Its actually a WM5 Pocket PC. http://www.trustedreviews.com/article.aspx?art=2721
Not having a keypad means you will need to use Navigator v5.2.

This is an easy one to confuse though as Orange do the SPVc600 (Smart Phone) and SPVm600 (which is a Pocket PC device), both run WM2005 according to the Orange site, but as Mullet correctly points out the actual device in question here is the Pocket PC based device - Mike
