please can anybody help me?
have just purchased a streetpilot i3 comes with city navigator europe nt+v8
my son lives in belguim and wish to be able to use it when visiting but only shows ostende when try to import address
will not allow me to input a code or street address says no matches found
is this normal or have i got to do something else?
am not at all familiar with gps's so please can i have it simple

simple terms it don't do belgium.
although it says europe it is only of limited use for northern areas of france etc.
you will need to obtain a replacement sd card for the county of your desire, and they don't come cheap. 8O

i am sure someone will find a link to a cheaper option than direct from garmin, so hang on in there. |

just out of interest have you done the address search using the country of your destination and not under england.
only asking as you said you were new to gps. |

many thanks for your quick reply was hoping i would not have to wait to long
yes did a search under belguim but cannot put any address in only comes up with one zip code and wont let me input anything else
thanks again will wait and hopefully someone will have a link for a cheapish card
can i just pick your brains again please i have microsoft autoroute on my pc can i get any maps from that?
if so how do get them onto my gps do i need to get a new card do i take out the one already in there/
sorry for all the questions but may be good with computers but this is a different ball game for an old codger like me!!
