haicom 303s 303e 303mmf

hi
can any one recommend what one is the best
do i go for the haicom-303s or 303e or 303mmf
my setup is ipaq 3970 with tomtom2 maps on sd card
for in car use.
or can any one recommend the best gps receiver.

We have not tested the 303S or 303E yet, but as a rule of thumb the E (Evermore chipsets) never seem to be as good in acquisition and satellite lock as SiRF based receivers which the 303S and 303MMF are.

The 303MMF we have reviewed and is a great receiver, the 303S is basically a SiRF XTrac model. You may want to read our SiRF XTrac article here for more information on which applications XTrac will be better for.
