Help! I've just bought a factory-refurbished TT GO 700 and, on first switching it on, it appears to be in diagnostic mode. I've reset the device, but it goes straight into this mode each time. I can see no way of exiting the diagnostics. Can anyone help, please?

| download and install the latest update (5.44 if I'm not mistaken) from TomTom website |

It looks like the device has been supplied ot me with no software or maps installed. I'll speak to the supplier on Monday.

ouch.... as far as I know the TT repair procedure that should be next to impossible - are you sure there is nothing on the hard drive? |
