Holux CR-100

Can anyone help me with the installation of the GPS for the Holux CR-100.
I have installed the cradle, attached it to my XDAIIi, it finds the satellites, but unfortunately I still get on my PDA that the GPS position is unreliable.
I am knew to this sort of stuff but reading about this new cradle with built in GPS I believed it was a case of plug it in and away you go ??
Would appreciate any help.
