Please HELP

Last night i put on the speed camera software onto my i3 and today ive turned the set on and to my horror nothing is on it not the speed camera or the maps... nothing... i could cry cos ive not a clue wot has happened.

When i turn it on it goes to a white white screen telling me to please use the provided PC software to load maps contaiing turn-by-turn route information.

Ive put the disk in the laptop which i got with it but its not loading anything onto the i3 wot has happened and now wot should u do???

if you have one with an sd card in the side, remove it a wipe the cards contacts with a normal pencil rubber. replace it then -

try a full reset.
press and hold the two buttons and scroll wheel together for a couple of seconds. select yes to the next option.

if there is no card, as some are now coming out with then carry out the the reset, as above.

hopefully this will then clear the problem. if not this is not the first i3 with heebie geebies and as with others if it does not then take it back.

Thanx for that but i took it back this morning and got the last one in the shop, they seem like gold dust in my area to get hold of but ill not be playing about with this one it will stay standard
