Does anybody have the Any of the Go Range permanentl docking system in thier vehicle at all?
I was considering it but was unsure due to the docky being on permanent display and it would be silly to advertise the presence of a Sat Nav in a vehicle these days.
Any comments or pics would be even better of your mounting solution would be greatly appreciated. _________________ TomTom 300

I have it installed in my 3 series, I used a brodit clip to connect over the right air vent. The clip and the vent are both black so unless you look closely you can't see it. I think (hope) the thieves don't want to hang around looking closely and just look up and down a line of cars looking for the window mount which really stands out.
As for the PDK, I really wouldn't bother, the sound quality through the car speakers is poor so I still use the built-in speaker. The quality of the relays used leaves a lot to be desired. The external mic is only slightly better so the only real advantage is not having to put the mount on the window. Much cheaper to buy a brodit Go holder and have a cig lighter wired under the dash.

Hi, as a brodit dealer i am selling and installing more and more 'moveclips' along with the proclips and Go/One/Garmin mounts, due to the nature of the little 'Insert choice word here!' that break into cars, a moveclip will let you remove everything fro the car in one swift movement, and all thats left behind is the proclip on the dash area, which looks nothing like a sat nav holder, as thats gone with you into the house/office with you.
I cant leave a link to here due to forum regs, but if you need any help, drop me a pm, be happy to advise in anyway.
