I have a Nokia 6680 and TTmobile which works well. My question is can I use a BT carkit and have the voice guidance come thru the car speakers. Sorry if the answer is obvious but I am new to all this smartphone stuff! |

HI,
Don't know about the 6680 but it does work with the N70.
I pair the Phone with the phone with the hands free kit and then turn on TTM5 works fine, Radio is muted and comes through car speakers.
That will only happen if you've had the BT car kit correctly installed to mute radio etc.
Cheers

Ian,
Thanks for you exceedingly quick reply - maybe thats because I only live up the road in Boston!
Thanks again,

No problem,
Yep not far away!
Just trying wayfinder, so far not overly impressed!
TTM5 and Route 66 mobile 7 seem much better and still cheaper, even using the TMC update on Route 66.
I'm really tempted with Navicore Personal 6. Seems to have the best of both worlds, POI's and TMC updates.
Cheers

I use TomTom on a 6630 with a Parrot bluetooth car kit. Works wonderfully. |
