I'm considering buying a nuvi 310 rather than a nuvi 300.
Has anyone experience of the Nuvi 310 when used as a bluetooth device when 'communicating' to a mobile phone to make and receive hands free phone calls in the car?
Does the microphone on the nuvi 'pick up' your voice effectively when mounted on the car windscreen or does it need to be brought closer?
If its effective in this 'telephone' mode it may be worth the extra money otherwise I'll probably go for the Nuvi 300! |

I didn't think the nuvi 310 had been released yet. The Garmin site says shipping in June. |

Yes. It appears to be released. :D
A large number of UK retailers are currently selling it online and in shops. Google 'nuvi 310' for sellers. It's about £60 more expensive than the cheapest priced nuvi 300's(£260). Best price I've seen it for is £314. |

You're right. So much for the info on the Garmin web site then. |
