problems with down load

down loaded speed camra data onto desk top but when i click on it it ask me to dowm load again and says page can not be shown
i also need to transfer the data to another computor as the one i use for internet has no usb conections help!!! any one

Try saving it to 'My documents', then unzip the folder which will give you another folder where you'll find the cameras.

You can copy the 'new' folder to a 'floppy' for transfer to the computer with the USB.
