Help Needed for ICN610

I have had my ICN610 over a year now and i thought it was time that i update the maps and smartST to the latest versions.All went well order them off of navman they turn up in three days.Stuck on the new navman desktop plug in my navman and did the software upgrade ,that went well no errors reported, it then ask me if i have maps with new software i click on yes then it goes off lets me put the appkey in then goes to get the licence file and thats it ijust hangs there for 30 sec's and comes back internet failed my sure you are connect to the net and your ICN is plug in.I have take the firewall out stop every service i can.I have also strated my PC in safemode still cannt get the licence file. I have even roll back the hole unit back to when i bought it and try to pick up the old licence still nothing.I Have e-mail navman still no reply (mmmmm that will be lucky)..what im hope its the there end and the licence server is down. is anyone had the same trouble or is haveing the same trouble. any infromation would be help full as i now have a navman unit which wont find its way out of the bin.Help Help :x :x :x :x

I seem to recall somewhere else in this or another Navman forum saying 'click no' maps and install separately.

After days of trying i got it to go. for some reason the software does not like XP Pro only XP home after Sticking the the software on Wifes Laptop (which is XP Home) it work still took me 3 hours to get the maps register, i think navman need to inprove the doc's on this or improve the way this is done .Im now happy and taken it out of the bin :P
