|

Hi All,
Went to use my TTN5 over the weekend and I have lost all my standard voices from my HX4700 ipaq.
Got no ideas as to where they have gone, but there gone. I still have my custom voices, but there not really as good as the real ones.
I tried today to re-install the jane voice from my CD, and the set-up just hangs every time.
Do I have to re-install the whole thing again (Don't really want to do that if I can help it)?
Is there a way of extracting out just the UK voices and adding them to my SD card at all?
Ta

Had to reboot my PC, and its now all working fine again. Standard voices installed all OK after reboot. Got no idea why though.

Weird. I had a similar occurrance on Saturday, but the opposite.
When I powered up my Ipaq and ran TT5, my custom voices had completely disappeared.
I have not had the chance to check it out yet, but it seems unusual when my system has been running faultlessly, that the voices should just vanish

Hi,
Yes its also happened to me on a number of occasions. A re-boot usually solves the problem.
I believe its a "Software Feature"!
