Hello, when I switch on my TomTom Rider, it stops on the first screen and nothing else is working. Thank you for any help in advance! Th. Kraft

Have you tried a reset? Remove and replace the SD card or push a paperclip into the tiny hole next to the SD slot. _________________ Tim
