Garmin i3 data delete

Supposing I wanted to delete all the POI files Ive downloaded to my Garmin i3. How would I go about doing it as I cant find anything in the manual that covers this.

this has been covered deep within another topic but as far as i remember:

as the i3 overwrites previous poi files, with new ones that you add, you will have to create an empty poi file then load it.

i am sure someone with a better pc knowledge will correct me if i am wrong.
