france plus map activation

help! i have nav5 and downloaded france plus with problems got in touch with tom tom who reset my device code as i had new motherboard on pda, however when i downloaded the map before this was reset it had activated it to my old device code as on ttcode it shows my old device code, but on my product area it shows my new one. please can anyone help as tom tom are noy open and i go on holiday tomorrow cheers and confussed Ian

If you go to the My Products area of TomTom.com, you can click the Product (on the left and underlined), and your Activation Code will be revealed.

thats the proplem my activation code wont work it because it activated it to my old device code on ttcode i put in my product code and it then shows my old activation code therefore my pda wont let it activate as it. keeps telling me the activation code failed

the activation code on ttcode is the same as on tom tom.com my prodoucts however the device codes on the two sites are different. confusing i know

You can input a different Device Code on TTCode.com (you don't have to accept the default), as long as it is more than 7 days since you did a first Activate.
