|
|
Hello,
Im hoping someone can help me out here!
I have got a Medion PPC250 and was looking everywhere for a docking station! Finally found one off Medion International Shop...Now i have been trying for the past week to get it to work with my PC but its not!
When i connect it i get a message "USB Device Not Recognised" blah blah blah.
Im running a Dell computer with no problems with other USB devices and running Windows XP Media Center. I have downloaded the latest ActivSync, also tried different USB ports!! If i just connect the USB cable that came with my Medion it works perfect until i connect using the docking station. There must be something i can do to get it working!!
Regards

Possibly a different device driver is required for the docking station? |

Is the docking station not just efectively a USB lead with a power supply? I would suspect a faulty docking station. |
