Help need service manual TT Go

Can anyone help my TomTom Go has fried as other peoples on this forum. Has anyone got a service manual or scematic on the charge circuit in tomtom. The car charger has put 12volts into the tomtom instgead of 5 Volts and has blown what looks like Voltage regulators, CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE

Try the shop that sold it first. Read the small print on your licence, you may have a two year warranty.

After that, try phoning TomTom on 0845 161 0009. Even if out of warranty they should still replace your GO as it is a known fault. They have done this for some other people.

Besides for this type of design fault you can claim against the shop that sold it for up to 6 years.
