Help needed

hi there guys,

im new to this forum so sorry if im posting in the wrong place

what i need to know is how to create a poi manually like a csv file for example using addresses and postcodes! the reason i as is ive acked myself into a corner with my college work stating i created the file manually, now i need to prove how it was done!

help would be much appriciated cheers
