I bought a US map last night (South East Region) which is about 220MB. When I installed it, it installed it (at my request) onto my 2GB SD card.
However, it put it in the root of the card.
I would like it in the TomTom folder I have with the program and GB map in.
I tried moving it there but of course it then fails to see the map.
How can I move it in there so my folder structure is tidy?
This is TTN5 on WM5. |

As far as I know these files must remain in the root directory. As for housekeeping, change all the TomTom file attributes to "hidden" via your PC (ensure you do not change "read only" etc). Browsing on a PPC/PDA will then be unclutterd and Tomtom files will not be selectable for accidental deletion. |

confirmed, TomTom maps need to stay in the root of the storage card. _________________ Lutz

My GB map is not in root. I moved it with program stuff to a folder called TomTom and GB works fine. |

strange.
What happens when you remove the cfg files - do you think it will re-find the GB map? _________________ Lutz
