Still problems subscribing after 10 days

I have submitted the following details which appears to entitle me to free
lifetime membership, but the web site doesn't seem to recognise me and
says I need to subscribe.
I've submitted the details around 3 times in the past 10 days, but still no difference....

Also posted twice in the membership problem forum, and my submitted
posts have not appeared in the forum, although they were definitely submitted.

Have also tried E-Mailing various people, with no reply.
Please can you sort this out.

13th Jan ;
4 (mobiles) in and around Hitchin. 3 Gatso's on the
M18 near Doncaster where there are temporary roadworks.

10th Feb ;
The (specs) cameras at J16 on the M1 are now gone.
The (specs) cameras at J21 on the M1 have now been removed, and
moved to J20.

24th Feb ;
3 new Specs on the M42.

Hi Ian,

We are responding to each and every email we recieve. I will check and see what has happened with your details. It is possible that you are not receiving our responses for some reason, or we are not receiving your mails.

Filtering sometimes causes these problems.

I will personally check your subscription request out and have it sorted later today.
