The Tomtom 700 obviously links to a PC quite easily, so you have access to the files with the maps, but do you need some software I don't have to see the maps on the PC? It would be so useful to be able to enter favorites from the PC at home before setting out. |

You can use the Microsoft Device Emulator for that but it will cost you an activation key. _________________ Lutz

lbendlin's reply seems to imply that we have more than one activation key per product? How many do we have?

Nobody is yet quite sure, as TomTom hasn't released the details.
It MAY be a way to view maps and plan routes on your PC, on the other hand it might not |

I would not rely on TomTom HOME if I were you. _________________ Lutz
