How do I install Speed camera Database on Garmin i3

Well I have downloaded them (& unzipped them I think) BUT can you help me as I do not know what to do now (I have the Garmin hooked up to the P.C. via the USB cable. Where do I go from here? What software do I go into or do I just drag & drop the files onto the Garmin? Please reply to Carojane@aol.com Thanks for any help
