M1 and SPECS @ 40 mph

Latest camera database on my i3. Just running a Simulation of a journey for tomorrow and i see it's alerting me to a section (unknown) that appears to have SPECS cameras at 40 mph.

Can anyone confirm this is correct? i don't remember any section of the motorway being 40 mph.....
