hi have followed all instructions disabled all spam killers etc no poi data at all on navman 550 but says its sent to device all the time should not be this hard to download information i am starting to regret this now can anybody help thanks simon

Is your problem downloading the actual files or installing them on the Navman?

installing them onto my navman when sent to devices its saying its been sent but when i check the poi data theirs nothing their. ??????
