Registration costs

Hi Question hope someone can help.

I have 2 medion sat nav systems, i will be installing poi-warner 5.1 version on both systems.
Must i register them both seperatly or use the same reg key.
Also if i register for the poi unlimited overlays through pocketgpsworld will i have to take out 2 subscriptions?
