Adding GPS capability to a Jornada 525

I've just inherrited a HP Jornada 525 with a 128 Mb memory card and would like to run it as a GPS system. Any suggestions as to what is the best hardware and software that need to be added would be much appreciated. I'm fairly PC literate but the whole pocket PC thing is new to me.
Also, I am familiar with a Navman icn 520 and would rather stick to the same (or similar) format if it's at all possible.
