Well everybody my dear old Yakumo died, so while waiting for a new one I decided to get a Palm tungston E2 with Viamitchelin maps 3.1 and upgraded to 3.2. what a load of rubish compaired to the yakumo with Marco polo maps, at least I could see the maps and get good instructions once you got used to it.
I have had this thing for about a week and I cannot say that I am very happy with it, what is all this about turn slighty left can anybody tell me.
I have just down a trip of 24Kms well all I can say is that I am lucky I knew the way, when I got to where I was going I turned the gps off and did some shopping, having finished i thought that I would try it again to take me home, would you believe that it told me that it did not know my position and the gps was unrealiable, i just dont believe it, anybody want to buy it from me, just joking as I would not wish this on anybody.
Please come back my good old Yakumo all is forgiven. _________________ Takara GP56 igo primo 1.1

What do you expect?
You come onto a ViaMichelin forum where most of the participants try to support each other in what can be a stress inducing programme and all you can do is bitch about the product.
Most of us could bitch for our respective coutries about various aspects of the product but we all try to be positive. You have nothing positive to say.
If you feel that strongly against it, buy something else, get dissapointed that it still isn't a Yakumo, go to that product's forum and then bitch to that group all over again.
Gosh! I'm glad I finally said that!

I think you confuse hardware and software. Your complaint is with ViaMichelin (note the spelling), so what does Yakumo have to do with it ? Shouldn't you have said "Come back Marco Polo" ? |
